    Yes. The ACIS radzone entry commanding ends at 2004:197:19:05:08,
    roughly 5 min after the start of comm, and nearly 2 hours before
    the end of comm, so there will be no ACIS command contentions.

    Yes.
    2004:197:19:00 - 2004:197:21:00
    The execution of the CAP should easily fit within the scheduled 2
    hour comm.

|x| If SCS slots are used, is there SCS slot contention? 
    No.
    SCS slots 201, 202, 196 and 189 are used and there is no contention.
    SOP_61070_WARMBOOT does not use SCS slots
    SOP_61010_DEA_HKP uses slots 137 and 185 and there is no contention.

|x| Does the CAP perform SCS slot cleanup? 
    Both the CAP and SOP_61010 perform SCS slot cleanup.

|x| Does the CAP set the correct format at completion? 
    N/A use FMT 2 throughout.

|x| What happens if comm is lost during the CAP execution?
    It depends on which point in the CAP. It could mean loss of
    desired memory dumps. In the worst case, the ACIS BEP
    could be left ``unbooted.''

|x| Does CAP require radmon to be enabled or disabled to be compatible
    with current load?  
    No.

|x| What is the worst case scenario for the CAP execution?
    BEP fails to warmboot or loss of comm while BEP is rebooting.

    - what science can be lost? The BEP would be off, no science runs 
    could be executed until the BEP is completely rebooted. 
    - does action generate significant momentum?  No
    - can safe mode be triggered during the CAP?  No
