Continue obsid 12889, an ACIS-S observation of the galaxy NGC4472 in the Virgo cluster, to study ram pressure stripping, measure temperatures and abundances, and survey the low mass X-ray binary population. NOTES/ISSUES/PROBLEMS --------------------- Aspect camera is running warm at -17.9 deg C HETG retracted angle shows a new value: 78.71. It has been reading 79.09 for years. From the 9am status meeting: Nine supports over the weekend, no issues. Three stored command sequences uplinked, on-board loads good until 048:18:06. FEB2111 products in work, may be out tomorrow. Sun has many active regions on visible disk. There was an M.7 flare yesterday followed by several C class flares today. ACE 100-200 keV proton flux has risen a factor of ~10 above background but may have flattened at present. At 11am this morning we will have a CAP review for 1172 and 1173, to uplink the reconditioning resistor reconfiguration patch and the contingency backout patch. telecon on (877)562-8212 x111159# Quick look data: OBSID Target Time Comment ----- ------ -------------- ------- 12750 SDSSJ1131-0204 042:07:13: ACIS-S NONE OK 12729 3C 196.1 042:14:34: ACIS-S NONE OK 12147 1E0102.2-7219 042:17:23: ACIS-S HETG OK Next Comms: ----------- 045/2115-2330 2215 2315 DSS-54 MADRID 1715-1815 EST, Mon 14 Feb 046/0230-0445 0330 0430 DSS-27 GOLDSTONE 2230-2330 EST, Mon 14 Feb 046/1100-1315 1200 1300 DSS-27 GOLDSTONE 0700-0800 EST, Tue 15 Feb 046/2045-2300 2145 2245 DSS-65 MADRID 1645-1745 EST, Tue 15 Feb 047/0230-0445 0330 0430 DSS-65 MADRID 2230-2330 EST, Tue 15 Feb 047/1210-1340 1255 1325 DSS-54 MADRID 0755-0825 EST, Wed 16 Feb Orbital events: --------------- 2011:044:16:59:43.773 1591 EPERIGEE ORBIT PERIGEE 2011:046:00:44:13.105 1592 EAPOGEE ORBIT APOGEE 2011:047:08:27:45.881 1592 EPERIGEE ORBIT PERIGEE 2011:048:16:11:18.228 1593 EAPOGEE ORBIT APOGEE 2011:049:23:55:17.026 1593 EPERIGEE ORBIT PERIGEE 2011:051:07:38:05.525 1594 EAPOGEE ORBIT APOGEE 2011:052:15:21:23.511 1594 EPERIGEE ORBIT PERIGEE 2011:053:23:05:14.879 1595 EAPOGEE ORBIT APOGEE 2011:055:06:48:36.302 1595 EPERIGEE ORBIT PERIGEE 2011:056:14:33:19.740 1596 EAPOGEE ORBIT APOGEE SNAPSHOT summary ---------------- Status at LOS, 045:13:31, was as follows: PCAD MODE = NPNT CONTROL LAW FLAG = NPNT Stars: = 5 FIDS = 3 RA = 187.465 deg Dec = 8.012 deg ROLL = 79.042 deg Format = 2 OBSID = 12889 NGC 4472 SIM FA = -467 SIM TSC = 75623 (ACIS-S) DITHER = ENAB HETG = OUT (78.71 deg) LETG = OUT (77.21 deg) HRC-I HV is ON EPHIN Geom = VLD E150 = 120 800000 (RADMON E1300 = 9 1000 Triggers) MPC = 30 ANTI-CO = 19 245 Ascending through 137007 km.
