Products out today for load review tomorrow. Eng: - All OK. SOT/Radiation: - ACE protons have become slightly elevated (~200) over the past couple of hours. - Solar Activity Forecast: Solar activity is expected to remain at very low levels. - Geophysical Activity Forecast: The geomagnetic field is expected to be at unsettled to active levels on 09 April due to the onset of a recurrent coronal hole. Isolated minor to major storm periods are possible once the coronal hole becomes geoeffective. Unsettled to isolated active conditions are expected on 10 April. Predominantly quiet to unsettled conditions are expected on 11 April as the coronal hole wanes. DATA: - Three ACIS FEP's experienced an unplanned reset about 1/3 of the way through the TOO observation of '1E 1048.1-5937' (obsid 7647). This event did NOT cause loss of science data as the target was on another chip. ACIS observations subsequent to this event were normal. This event is similar to one two years ago in which all six FEP's reset. The ACIS team is investigating.
