PLAN:

 We plan to monitor the ACIS detector housing cooling test that is
being performed during the Chandra Deep Field South observation (OBSID
8597).  The command to turn off the heater was executed in the load
at:

2007:290:06:56:40.593    COMMAND_HW 1HHTRBOF
 
and the heater will be turned on again at:

2007:290:22:01:41.530    COMMAND_HW 1HHTRBON

for a total of about 53 ks of cooling time.  

SUMMARY:

 At 12:40 EDT, we aquired signal and by 12:45 had seen enough
telemetry to be certain that the detector housing heater was indeed
turned off in the load and the camera body temperature had cooled to
-67.3 C on side A and was toggling between -65.3 C and -67.3 C on side
B.  Both sides of the camera body temperature settled at -67.3 C by
the end of the comm.  

The telemetry seen was:
