Finish obsid 9580, a continuation of the ACIS-S/LETG observations of SNR1987A to extend the X-ray spectrum to longer wavelength and measure changes in temperature and velocity of the gas, as part of a multi-wavelength campaign including Spitzer, HST, and ground-based observatories. Then do obsid 7823, an ACIS-S observation of the cluster A194 to study the interactions of the radio galaxies 3C40 and PKS0123-016A with the cluster. Then obsid 7895, an ACIS-S GTO observation of the nearby merging groups NGC 7618 and UGC 12491. Products for SEP1007A were reviewed, SEP1007B products were released for full team email review by noon today. A dark current calibration will start tomorrow night and continue into Sunday morning. (This replaces the calibration that was lost last month.) The FOT Quarterly report is expected to be released later today. The 200 keV ACE protons are at background level, and all solar activity indications are very quiet.
