Each boundary is specified by y=mx+c with the 0th order as the origin. 

Central upper and lower:

Outer wedge regions: 
x >= 45,000     m=+1.849e-3     c=+(80-45,000*m) 
x <= -45,000    m=+1.849e-3     c=-(80-45,000*m)
