		      HELP FILE for ephem_lev0 pipeline

NAME:     ephem_lev0.ped:
		This pipeline runs the processOE code on the binary orbital
	ephemeris. The known solar system ephmerii are used to create
	the solar and lunar ephmeris and all three are named and
	placed in the output directory.


USAGE
	   1. Build the pipeline with pbuilder.pl and then run with
	      pctr.
	
		a)build the pipeline
	
		pbuilder.pl -t $ASCDS_SYS_PROF/ephem_lev0.ped -r <root>
		-i <indir> -o <outdir> -a<options> > <pedout>
	
		b)run the pipeline
	 
		pctr -prof <pedout> -log <othername> -showlog


		   <nameroot>:          the data file prefix
	           <indir>/<outdir>:    the directories containing the
					input and output
	                                files, respectively
		   <pedout>:            the name of the PED file created from 
					pbuilder.pl
		   <options>:		discussed below
	           <othername>:         denotes the name of the log file 
					(<othername>.ped.log) If "-log
					<othername>" is omitted, then
					the default filename is "pedout.log".
	           -showlog:		displays log file during the running
					of the pipeline

	  2. Use run_pipe which builds and runs the pipeline in one step.
	
		run_pipe -r <root> -i <indir> -o <outdir> -t ephem_lev0.ped 
		
	
	  3. options: 
		-a revision= output revision
		This option reflects the processing revision for the
		output files.

DESCRIPTION:
	This is a list of the task name and what each task does. Please refer
	to documentation for each task if more information is required.

	process_ephemeris(processOE)- convert the binary files to the
		orbital/solar/lunar ephemeris files.

	update_revision-adds the revision number to the headers

	INPUTS/OUTPUTS:
	1)Input files for the pipeline

		pctr profile, log ------>	<root>_lev0.ped        
						<root>_lev0.ped.log

	3) Output Data Files for Archive
		orbital ephem-----------> orbit<root>_eph0.fits
		solar ephem-------------> solar<root>_eph0.fits
		lunar ephem-------------> lunar<root>_eph0.fits


PARAMETERS
	Input Parameter file name:  ephem_lev0.par
	No parameters to set.

EXAMPLES
	run_pipe -r <root_name> -i <in directory> -o <out directory> 
	-t ephem_lev0.ped -a revision=<revision>
