Please see attached. I had this problem too, and on Dec. 18, 2000 they installed
the acis_fef_lookup script and the psextract script,:

The files have been installed in /soft/ciao/, and you can proceed with the
thread. Let me know if you have any other questions.

I have been able to use them successfully.
