It may be worth pointing out that Jelle Kaastra has been fitting all orders
simultaneously using SPEX. He has a clever reformulation of the response matrix
which mitigates the problem that higher orders require more energy bins in the
response. I don't know how much of this he has made public but you can always
ask.
