Hi,
Thanks for finding this. This was a bug in the format specifier,
"%03s", which should have been "%03d". It wasn't obvious, since the
behavior of printf in undefined in this case, and apparently worked on
our system but not others. I've fixed this and added your "tr -d"
check, just to be sure. The new version of the script is now available
for download on the web from
http://asc.harvard.edu/ciao2.0/download/scripts/get_rproj
