Hi everyone,
When I try to run calcrmf using ciao2.0, it gives the following error
message:
LOAD FEF
file: /usr/local/caldb/caldb_2.0/data/chandra/acis/cpf/fefs/acisD2000-01-29fef_piN0001.fits
Initializing pixlib for aimpoint

fp-1.1 ... pget: parameter not found : shell
On the par.file.old file that comes with the software, it says that
the "evtfile" specified is used to find the pixlib keywords, so I tried
using different files (evt2, evt1) and nothing worked.
Someone else had a very similar problem (the parameter not found was
"HRC-2d3I" in that case), and the advice given was to try
a newer version of the software on redhat 7.1, but no attempt to see
whether this could work has been done.
Now, I've tried both an old, av104.tar, and a new version,
av106.tar, under redhat 6 (we were having many problems with 7.0 and
decided to leave it), could that be the problem? But if so, can anyone
explain to me where the program is looking for that parameter?? I am very
puzzled.....
Thanks,
Marjorie
