Hi everyone,
Code for mitigating the effects of charge transfer inefficiency (CTI)
in ACIS CCDs is now available to interested users. It works on devices
I0-I3, S2, and S3 at focal plane temperatures of -110C and -120C.
Matching RMFs are available as well.
The RMFs were generated using our Monte Carlo CCD simulator code, which
is also available.
Please see http://www.astro.psu.edu/users/townsley/cti/
and http://www.astro.psu.edu/users/townsley/simulator/
for details and instructions.
We welcome your input.
