firstlook problem

Dear chandra-users,

I am a new user of Chandra. Recently I have installed CIAO 2.1.3. Now there is a problem with the tool "firstlook": it need
libtcl8.0.so and libtk8.0.so, but what I use is Redhat 7.0 and Tcl/Tk is 8.3. What could I do about this problem?

And good advice or hint will be appreciated very very much!
