You can try using Sherpa in CIAO to do 2D forward folding fitting of the 2D
surface including the PSF image as a convolution kernel. You can also use PSF
model to find a centroid of your source using Sherpa.
Note that your image data and the PSF image should be binned to the same size
pixels.

We are working on the thread which should be available on CIAO web page soon.
In meantime you can try the following commands in Sherpa:

paramprompt off
data myimage.fits
psffromfile[psf]
psf0.file=mypsf_image.fits
source = gauss2d[g2]+const2d[cc2]
instrument = psf0
fit

Pile-up model in Sherpa is only available for 1D analysis. The modification of PSF by pile-up needs to be folded into your psf image.
