Hello,
I would not recommend to do deconvolution with the HRMA PSF models
extracted from the current PSF library using mkpsf.
Generally they are not accurate enough for deconvolution purposes.
Please take a look at the caveat section in the PSF manual (see link in the CIAO
manuals page:http://asc.harvard.edu/ciao/download_manuals.html).
The PSFs do not contain instrument effects including pileup for ACIS, and aspect.
By the way, we are currently working on a s/w for generating more accurate
HRMA PSFs models.
