--Summary of Changes--
**IMPORTANT THREAD UPDATE: it has been determined that the CALDB LSFPARM
files for ACIS/HETG (HEG and MEG) spectra are defective. They SHOULD NOT be
used to creat gRMFs with the mkgrmf tool. The canned RMFs included in the
CALDB should be used until new products are available; this is estimated to be
in the CALDB v2.13 release (March/April 2002). The LSFPARM files for ACIS &
HRC LETG observations may continue to be used.
