Dear Chandra users,

We have new ACIS particle background data (about 50 ks) obtained with
ACIS stowed outside the focal area but working in the full imaging
mode. While these new files are on their way to CALDB, interested
people can download event files and a brief description from the ACIS
cal. web page:

http://cxc.harvard.edu/cal/Acis/, click "Background", then "Particle
background".
