Title: Calculate CC-mode Times of Arrival

History: In continuous clocking mode event data files, the values recorded
in the column TIME are the readout times instead of the times of arrival.
This thread describes how to correct the event times in ACIS CC-mode
observations for the time of arrival.
Title: Apply the ACISABS model to an ARF

History: In the Using the ACISABS model in Sherpa thread (see Updates,
below) we show how you can use a S-Lang version of the ACISABS model in
Sherpa. For non-dispersed (ie "imaging" mode) data, it is likely that all the
parameters of the model are frozen which means that it is more efficient to
apply the correction to the ARF before fitting. In this thread we show how you
can use the apply_acisabs script provided with the S-Lang ACISABS model to
perform this correction.
