The Chandra Ray Tracer (ChaRT) is now available online at
http://cxc.harvard.edu/chart/

ChaRT is a web interface that allows one to simulate HRMA Point Spread
Functions (PSFs) at any off-axis angle and for any energy or spectrum. The
output of ChaRT is a set of rays in a FITS table. In order to create a model
PSF image, it is necessary to project the rays onto the detector. This is
achieved using the ChaRT rays as an input to MARX
(http://space.mit.edu/CXC/MARX/), which takes the detector effects into
account.

There are several threads (http://cxc.harvard.edu/chart/threads/) which
illustrate how to use ChaRT from start to finish.
