Title: A Note on CTI Correction

History: check_rmf.pl script added to Analysing Previously Corrected Data
section. When given input and output RMF filenames, check_rmf.pl looks to
see if reprocessing is necessary (i.e. an incorrect FEF was used to create the
EMD) and, if so, creates a new RMF.
Title: Apply the ACIS CTI Correction
Date: 24 Dec 2002
