Dear ACIS background users,

I have made some significant improvements to the ACIS
backgrounds. Most interesting changes are the tgain
correction for C and D; extension of the aciss_D dataset
(the exposure for the S1+S3 subset increased from 50 to 170
ks); and completely re-made files for period B (which now
includes the PSU-corrected versions).

The new files, as well as a complete list of changes, can be
