acis_fef_lookup segmentation fault

Hi-

When I run acis_fef_lookup I get the following error:

unix% acis_fef_lookup acisf02203N001_evt2.fits none mode=h verbose=2
Running: acis_fef_lookup
  script revision = 1.11
Calling calFindFile() to find the FEF file
and the returned file is:
/home/nfp/ciao_3.0.2/CALDB/data/chandra/acis/cpf/fefs/acisD2000-01-29fef_phaN0004.fits[FUNCTION]
/home/nfp/ciao_3.0.2/CALDB/data/chandra/acis/cpf/fefs/acisD2000-01-29fef_phaN0004.fits[FUNCTION]
Segmentation fault

And when I run the psextract script, it falls over at this point. The fef files are installed in the above directory and they do not look corrupted. Has anyone else encountered this error?
