cfitsio module for the slang interpreter released

I am pleased to announce the availability of a cfitsio module for
applications embedding the slang interpreter. The module includes
both a high-level interface and a low-level one, as well as functions
for reading and writing WCS keywords in accordance with the latest WCS
standards. The high-level interface was written with ease of use in
mind as it understands many of the semantic relationships that exist
between columns and keywords.
