To Chandra Users:
CalDB 3.2.2 is now available for download at

[To CXC/HEAD users:
CalDB 3.2.2 is also now available on the HEAD LAN, and is automatically
accessible from CIAO 3.3.0.1.]
The Chandra X-Ray Center introduced version 3.2.2 of the Chandra
Calibration Database (CALDB) on 15 May 2005 to the public. The
upgrade has been in standard data processing (SDP) since
UTC = 2006-05-03T17:00:00.
CALDB 3.2.2 is a patch upgrade to CalDB 3.2.1; It includes only three
new ACIS T_GAIN files including EPOCHs 23 (August-October 2005) and 24
(Nov 2005 - Jan 2006).
The change only affects observations with DATE-OBS later than
UTC=2005-05-01T00:00:00 (May 1, 2005). You would need to re-run
acis_process_events as in the
thread "Apply the ACIS Time-Dependent Gain Correction," to apply the
updated T_GAIN correction.
See the CALDB 3.2.2 release notes for a detailed explanation of the
change:
