CalDB 4.1.2 has been released as of today, and is available from the CXC
CIAO/CalDB downloads page. See

This upgrade to CalDB4 includes the latest ACIS T_GAIN corrections from
Epoch 36, or Nov 2008 through Jan 2009. This upgrade only affects
observations with DATE-OBS = 2008-08-01T00:00:00 or later. The degree of
the change is similar to other T_GAIN upgrades we have released.
