The CIAO team is pleased to announce the 26 October 2010 release of the
CIAO contributed science tarfile. The new tarfile may be download via
ciao-install (http://cxc.harvard.edu/ciao/download/) or from the CIAO
Contributed Scripts Page (http://cxc.harvard.edu/ciao/download/scripts/).
The changes in this release are:
o) make_psf_asymmetry_region

The make_psf_asymmetry_region tool creates a region file indicating the
location of the PSF asymmetry found in HRC and ACIS data, as discussed
in the "Probing higher resolution: an asymmetry in the Chandra PSF" data

The download_chandra_obsid tool provides easy command-line downloads of
