Hello Chandra Users of CIAO 4.3!
CalDB 4.4.6, the latest upgrade for the Chandra CalDB as used in CIAO
4.3 has been released as of 17:00 EDT today. The new CalDB version
includes the following:
1) The latest ACIS T_GAIN corrections (Epoch 46, May-July 2011),
affecting all ACIS OBS_IDs with DATE-OBS after 2011-02-01T00:00:00. This
is the usual periodic ACIS T_GAIN update, and the degree of PHA
adjustment is within the ordinary 2%.
2) A minor header change to ACIS -120C GAIN and downstream calibration
files. (These latter changes affect only one proprietary OBS_ID
currently, but may affect more in the future.) The change adjusts the
acceptance range of focal plane temperature ("FP_TEMP") to be the same
as the ACIS Temperature-dependent CTI correction files.

"ciao-install" script, by following the instructions on the CIAO
