MARX 5.0 released

Hello.

I am pleased to announce the release of version 5.0 of MARX, the
Chandra X-ray Observatory simulator. This version features an
implementation of the EDSER subpixel algorithm and has been updated to
be consistent with CALDB 4.4.7.
