Synopsis
Hides the minor tickmarks of the axis.
Syntax
hide_minor_ticks([id])
Description
- id - an optional ChipsId structure containing values to modify the currency state for the command or a string id to specify an axis within the current plot.
The hide_minor_ticks command hides the minor tick marks of one or more axes in the plot. To make the tickmarks visible again, use the display_minor_ticks command ("ahelp display_minor_ticks") .
Example
chips> add_axis(XY_AXIS,.5,1,10)
chips> hide_minor_ticks("ax1")A pair of axes is created, then the minor tickmarks on axis 'ax1' are hidden.
