Bugs fixed in CIAO 4.5

The following is a list of bugs that were fixed in the CIAO 4.5 software release.

Bug in interpolation  (14 Sep 2012)

There is a bug in the interpolation a user might hit when they use 'data bell', use multiple row input/output files, and the coordinates are too far away from one of nearest neighbors. Under these conditions the data from the previous row in the input file is used in the interpolation which can yeild incorrect results.

Users can work around this bug by using single row files or by running with command line parameters once for each set of coordinates.

RA/DEC are converted to B1950 to match databases  (14 Sep 2012)

Users should be aware that input ra/dec values are converted to B1950 to match the databases. These B1950 coordinates are those printed in the Target Ra,Dec line.

unix% prop_colden f j/deg d nrao eval 173.26315522734 25.905729043749
...
Input coords: 173.263155 25.905729
Target RA,Dec: 11 30 25.388 +26 10 55.106 (l,b):212.472007 72.440335
...

As such, they do not match the values one gets by default when using precess.

% prop_precess f j/deg j/hms eval 173.26315522734 25.905729043749
...
RA,Dec J2000.0 11 33 03.16 +25 54 20.62
...
