Bugs fixed in CIAO 4.4

The following is a list of bugs that were fixed in the CIAO 4.4 software release.

No check for integer BLANK values when cut=INDEF  (01 Jul 2010)

The tool does not check for integer BLANK values when testing cut=INDEF. For floating-point images, this check is used to replace NaN values; it doesn't work for integer null values.
