Bugs fixed in CIAO 4.4

The following is a list of bugs that were fixed in the CIAO 4.4 software release.

The FLUX_LO/HI/WEIGHTED columns should be ignored when rmfimg is not set

The values in the FLUX_LO, FLUX_HI, and FLUX_WEIGHTED columns are all NaNs when the rmfimg parameter was not set. They cannot be used in any analysis in this case.

Note that rmfimg support is experimental and should be used cautiously.
