Bugs fixed in CIAO 4.4

The following is a list of bugs that were fixed in the CIAO 4.4 software release.

Using a reprojected event file creates an incorrect aspect histogram.  (28 Sep 2011)

The tool assumes that _NOM and _PNT header values are the same, which is not the case for reprojected data.

For small differences in keyword values, the error is small (unless you are very near the poles). It is also smaller for locations closer to the optical axis.
