Bugs fixed in CIAO 4.5

The following is a list of bugs that were fixed in the CIAO 4.5 software release.

The grouping option "group" may omit a source from the output file.  (21 Dec 2011)

When roi is used to group overlapping source regions together (group=group), a single source in a group of three may be dropped and not appear in any output file.

When the tool is run with either the "include" or "exclude" value for the group parameter, all sources appear in the separate output files as expected.
