Error in warning message

If a user supplies an incorrect mskfile, ie from the wrong observation, skyfov will correctly issue a warning. However, the warning identifies the mismatch as coming from the aspect file. 

unix% skyfov infile=evt outfile=fov aspect=correct_pcad mskfile=wrong_mask_file
# skyfov (CIAO 4.5): ERROR: mismatched OBS_ID from aspect file
