QEU: Quantum Efficiency Uniformity

In the Chandra Calibration Database (CALDB), the quantum efficiency of the detectors is divided into:

the quantum efficiency (QE) file: a mean curve (vs. energy)
the QEU file: a map of the deviations across the face of the detector
