Run CAP 1249 as soon as convenient during the 2012:201:22:40 pass.
CAP will:
- Check radiation levels and safe SIM position
- Set correct telemetry format
- Enable SCS107 and RADMON
- Set Obsid to 62676
- Uplink, enable and activate the 34 hour CTI SCS load,

- ACIS confirms normal start of science run

The HRC GOES proxy rates never cleared the threshold to execute CAP 1250.
At 23:12, ACIS Ops made the decision to not execute the CAP since the Proxy rates were still fluctuating  above the limit of 25600. Lowest rate seen during comm was 29541.
