Replacement LETG/HRC-S ARF file

The CXC LETGS calibrations team has detected an error in one of our proposal planning Grating ARFs for the LETG/HRC-S, currently available from the CalDB manager's proposal planning page at http://cxc.harvard.edu/caldb/prop_plan/grating/index.html

The errant file was named hrcs_leg1_cy09.garf, and is the (positive) first order grating ARF for the LETG/HRC-S configuration.

The file has been replaced by a correct version, namely hrcs_leg1_cy09_v2.garf, and is now available for download from the above web page.

Additionally, the proposal planning Tar-ball for the grating files has also been updated to exclude the errant GARF above, and include the correct one.

Note the "_v2" in the filename indicates the updated GARF is included.
