Returns a region description from ds9.
Returns a region description from the imager - by default, ds9.
The image_getregion() function accepts no arguments and returns as
a string a description of all regions drawn in the current frame.
sherpa> reg = image_getregion()
A description of the current region is returned, and
assigned to a variable.
