| Remarks: | Ephemeris not good beyond April 2001. The spatial window will eliminate the 0th order image so that the telemetry does not saturate. PI wishes to be consulted to set up final ACIS parameters. Optimum setting depends on state of source at the time. The observer, using ACIS-S/HETG wishes to exclude the zero order from the telemetry. The source is bright and the rate including zero order might be several hundred cts/s. He has requested a "window filter" and specifies the square region to be excluded. It is important to exclude this region on only the S3 chip. |
