Compute coronal density of Capella using hetg data of Ne IX and known contaminant lines from Fe

Basic Steps:

1. Find Chandra HETG observation of Capella in archive.
2. Reprocess the data to generate grating coordinates and extract high-res spectrum
3. Identify the strong lines.  Specifically, ID the OVII and O VIII lines, the Ne X line, and the Ne IX complex.
4. Also identify the strong Fe lines given in Ness et al.
5. Compute the temperature from the O VIII to O VII line ratios

Advanced Topics:

1. Extract fluxes for Ne IX
2. Compute density estimate
(this will require knowledge of the DEM -- use the one derived in the paper)
