We executed CAP 1150. In step 8 of the SOP, the complete upload failed to reach the spacecraft. ACIS noticed that we did not get all of the command verifiers. The OC noticed that the command count on the spacecraft was not consistent with a complete uplink. Unfortunately, the ACIS FIFO was stuck waiting for the rest of the upload. The quickest way to clear the FIFO was to execute a warm boot. We executed a warm boot and the FIFO cleared. We resumed the SOP at step 4 and loaded the patches nominally. ACIS rebooted as expected with version 48 running. Version 48 of the SW was loaded and is now running in ACIS.
