This is considered normal by FOT; their GRETA limit is 36.99. We were using transmitter B for the playback. It shows upward power fluctuations when in use. The FOT have a yellow limit that must be a bit higher than the snapshot limit, so they didn't see a warning. OPS 3 remote box was not responding. Turns out the power plug had come loose.
