SOT Shift Report 2009-08-26 L3686 (retroactive)

This retroactive report (from Mike Juda's e-mail) gives a brief description of the MUPS
thruster test performed on August 26, 2009 at 15:30 UT.

August 26, 2009 12:46 PM local time:

Starting at 15:30UT today we performed the planned MUPS diagnostic thruster firing.

The firing performed nominally and there were no unexpected momentum or thermal disturbances.

The observed thrust effectiveness was at 95% of the calibration, in-line with the thrust observed 
during the last few momentum dumps. This indicates that there has been NO CHANGE in MUPS tank pressure!!!

It appears that the readings are faulty.
