Perform ACIS cti/gain calibrations surrounding perigee passage. Then resume with the JAN2309A interrupt load, and do obsid 10185, an ACIS-S/HETG fast ToO observation of the transient anomalous X-ray pulsar (AXP) 1E1547.0-5408, to study its rapid variability following an outburst. Then do obsid 10509, an ACIS-S observation of AX J153751-5556 as part of a survey to identify sources found in the ASCA galactic plane survey. Then do obsid 10759, an ACIS-S/HETG observation of the X-ray binary 4U 0614+091 to study the composition and structure of inter- and circum-stellar matter. EPH temp: 107.86 degF NOTES/ISSUES/PROBLEMS From the 9am status meeting: Three supports over the past day. No issues. The two stored command segments of JAN2309A were uplinked and replaced the remaining segments of the JAN1909C loads. On-board loads good until 026:02:30. JAN2309A products were prepared, reviewed, approved, and uplinked to accommodate a fast ToO which was accepted. JAN2609B products are being worked. They need revision for continuity and to incorporate ToO. There are some issues -- hope to have out later today. CAP 1108 was approved and executed successfully to carry out the load replacement. FDB yesterday approved K-constant changes to temperature limits at which telescope electronics would autonomously switch to B-side. For OBA, from 60 to 65 degF, for support strut, from 69.9 to 72 degF. Also approved development of patches to modify the MUPS firing parameters, in anticipation of the tank pressure dropping below 250 psi. Will increase the duty cycle to 10% (200msec pulses on a 2 sec period) which should have a side effect of relaxing temperature restrictions on momentum dumps.
