Chandra is in safe mode. Diagnose cause for safe mode transition, and
then start to plan recovery

NOTES/ISSUES/PROBLEMS
---------------------
From the 9am status meeting:
Obtained extended DSN comm overnight. Ran 2 CAP's: 563A for diagnostic dump
of the CPE, and 1045A to swap to SSR-B as Primary recorder.

We are missing a little more than an hour of data from SSR-A. Will
attempt to recover, via a patch to set the pointers to the appropriate values.

Formal review of the JUL1111A products is cancelled: they will have to
be redone, at least for continuity. HOWEVER, it is recommended that
the teams still review products to check for errors. 

Sun is very quiet, expected to be quiet for next several days.

SAFE MODE STATUS meeting, following the 9am:
STATUS Summary: Chandra entered safe mode at 187:12:27. 
Safe mode transition was as expected. Spacecraft is power positive,
and all science instruments are safe. 
Error log reported this is due to a drip of the Delta Momentum
monitor--average of 8 samples differs from previous average by 0.6
ft-lb-sec.  Examination of reaction wheel and IRU data does not see an
actual momentum change of this magnitude.

PLAN: Continue analysis of the OBC dump data to try to diagnose why the
delta momentum monitor triped.
Prepare a software patch to readout the missing hour+ of data on SSR-A. 
Try to obtain additional Comm, [DONE]
Telecon at 2pm on 1159 to status the situation.
