Running JUL2009A on descending leg. Observing 'ZwCl 1829.3+6912' (obsid 10931)
with ACIS-I. 

Continuing to work on the MUPS Tank Pressure Anomaly:

        - The MUPS tank pressure continues to be stabilized at about 217/218 psi,
          however it is very noisy and perhaps has a very slow trend downwards.
          One reading of 210 psi was observed during the past day.
          is toggling about this level (1 bit is 1.6 psi).
          
        - S/C momentum is still as expected
	
	- Testing the software patches to SCS 31 on ASVT (to allow use of A
	  side thrusters in safe mode response) is complete, a test review will
	  be held later today.
	
	- A CAP to close iso-valve 5 will also be reviewed this afternoon.
	  
	- Discussions are still ongoing with tank (ATK) and pressure transducer vendor (Tavis).
	
	- There will be a status telecon later today. 
	
	- COMM has been added to monitor the situation.

SOT/Radiation:

- ACE solar protons are low (< 500). There is a small uptick in
  the rates, probably due the effects of a coronal hole.

- Solar Activity Forecast: Solar activity is expected to be very low. 

- Geophysical Activity Forecast: The geomagnetic field is expected to be at 
  mostly quiet conditions for days one and two (24-25 July). 
  Quiet to unsettled levels are expected for day three (26 July) due 
  to the return of a recurrent high speed stream.
