Shift L3994. Start at 179:12:00 GMT = 08:00am 28 Jun EDT End 10:00am 28 Jun SOT Lead DAS (Times will be given in GMT on day 179.) PLAN ---- Continue running load JUN2810A. Measure ACIS gain/cti upon emerging from perigee, then do obsid 10135, an ACIS-S observation of the Vela Pulsar Wind Nebula as part of a series of observations meaasuring the dynamics of the variability of the Nebula. NOTES/ISSUES/PROBLEMS --------------------- From the 9am status meeting: 11 supports over the weekend. Problems with the Madrid stations: rainstorms caused lack of power, then backup generator caught fire and sprinklers flooded backup generators. Madrid remains offline. SSR-A rolled over, but subsequently all data is caught up and back on SSR-A. Loaded two stored command sequences, on-board loads good until day 183:00:31. JUL0510 products circulated last Friday for a load review at 2pm today. Sun is very quite. ACE solar protons just 20 particles/cm2-s-ster-MeV above background (we start worrying at 10,000). At about 8:15EDT an alarm caused OCC (and entire building) evaculation. Due to a failed boiler in the penthouse, emitting smoke and CO. Fire Department came, boiler was secured, and building tested safe for occupancy roughly half hour later. FOT was able to run the 8:50 EDT support as planned.
