Shift L3996. Start at 181:12:00 GMT = 08:00am 30 Jun EDT End 10:00am 30 Jun SOT Lead DAS (Times will be given in GMT on day 181.) PLAN ---- Continue running load JUN2810A. Carry out obsid 11776, an ACIS-S observation of NGC 2748, as part of a sample of supermassive Black Holes with measured masses and velocity dispersions to study radiation vs. jet energy, and the physics of the BH-mass vs. dispersion relation. Then do obsid 11699, an ACIS-S observation of SDSS J150636.30+540220.9 as part of a survey to study the relation between star formation and black hole accretion. Then into perigee passage. NOTES/ISSUES/PROBLEMS --------------------- From the 9am status meeting: Two supports over the past day, no issues. Madrid is operational again, and was used in this morning's pass with no issues. Two targets of opportunity are being worked into a schedule which will interrupt the JUN2810A loads. Revised loads must be reviewed and approved tonight, for uplink tomorrow morning, so that the ToO's can be observed early on day 183 (July 2). A CAP will need to be written and reviewed tonight to approve the load replacement. The training Simulation yesterday was aborted due to issues with ASVT and TCTS. Will try again today, expected to run about 10am to 3pm EDT. ACE solar protons have returned to background level after a very small event, and the sun is expected to remain quiet.
