Shift L3949. Start at 134:12:00 GMT = 08:00am 14 May EDT End 10:00am 14 May SOT Lead DAS (Times will be given in GMT on day 134.) PLAN ---- Continue running load MAY1010A. Go through perigee passage, including the third eclipse of the season, and perform ACIS external calibration source measurements (cti, gain). Then do obsid 12212, an ACIS-S observation of the old, oxygen rich supernova remnant SNR 0049-73.6 to study nucleosynthesis in a core-collapse supernova. Then do obsid 12084, an ACIS-S DDT observation of the gravitationally lensed quasar Q0957+561 where optical variation of one component is observed, to test if this is driven by X-ray variability. Then do obsid 11482, an ACIS-S observation of the intermediate mass black hole in SDSS J162636.40+350242.0, as part of a survey of the X-ray properties of this class and their relation to the formation and growth of supermassive black holes. NOTES/ISSUES/PROBLEMS --------------------- From the 9am status meeting: Three supports over the past day, no issues. MAY1710A products approved yesterday. MAY2410 out next week. Pre-approved CAP 648DU ran nominally for the ephemeris update. Sun is quiet.
